These alloys have better mechanical properties compared to pure aluminum, so the cables are stronger and more resistant to corrosion. AAAC cables also have good conductivity, making them suitable for power distribution in both urban and rural areas.
3. Mining Cables
Mines are a tough environment for cables. There’s a lot of physical abuse, moisture, and the risk of fire and explosion.
